my friend called me tonight
to tell me that her husband wants to give me his car
it's a 1982 Volkswagen Rabbit convertible
his first car
it is silver with a black top similar to this (this one is a later model)
funny thing is
my first car was a VW Rabbit too!!
mine was a 1981 black diesel like this
(except the rims)
I used to drive it up to college in upstate NY
I had to get a plug put in the engine since it was so cold up there
I never had a problem starting it
even in 10 below weather
life is funny isn't it!!
makes me giggle
especially that it is a convertible
