Day of Broken Dreams
so many people
died without having fulfilled
their dreams
leaving broken dreams
in those left behind
it was all I could think of
all I could feel
that day
that day,
then,
I made up my mind
that I would
pursue my dreams
no matter
what obstacles
for myself
and for those
of the broken dreams
every year
I honor those of the broken dreams
I haven't given up
