I got Nurse Candy's name from this pulp fiction book
back when I did the installation at SCAD
I am a huge fan of Richard Prince
and I was inspired by his 
pulp fiction book nurse paintings 
I did a "nurse pulp fiction book" search
on Amazon, and this book came up
Much later, I discovered by chance
that Prince used this same book
 when it had its original title:
Nurse on Horseback
